Solidarity to help stop the virus
In order to stop the spread of COVID-19 and to contribute to the maintenance of necessary health and care services, we are following the guidelines and decisions of national health authorities.
- As of March 13th we are enforcing home office for all our staff excluding business critical functions managing our warehouse and logistics operation
- With our access to digital platforms for communication and for processing orders, we are not expecting our operations to be noticeable affected by these measures and we remain focused on delivering our service to our customers with a fully operational team
- We are also ready to meet with our customers, but respect and fully understand any visiting restriction
- We focus on a close dialogue with our customers to help solve any issues and provide solutions as requested

The COVID-19 virus is creating a challenge, the like of which we have not experienced in living memory. Nonetheless, we in Nevion want to stand by you and your business during these difficult times, and intend to remain available for you as always.
For the delivery situation, our service team have put together a document (link to download it) to answer questions. For sales situations, our sales directors, pre-sales and solution architects resources are all available during this extraordinary period. Though they cannot travel they are available remotely through Skype or other remote communication tools.
Note: customers with SLA agreements will already have received the document from our Operations department.

Is LiveU impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak? Should I expect supply shortages? Which products, if any, are affected?
Firstly, we are taking every precautionary measure to protect the health and safety of our employees, following the advisory information provided by government authorities and health organizations.
Secondly, we are committed to ensuring business continuity and supporting the industry with a reliable supply chain. LiveU is a global company with global operations. Our development, support, production and customer management are spread across multiple locations worldwide. As a result, there is minimal and mitigated business risk for our customer and partners. Our exposure to China’s supply chain is limited and where a potential risk has been highlighted, measures and provisions have been taken.
We do expect longer supply lead times for our servers because they are based on third-party vendors, located in China and the vicinity. We have assigned a dedicated response team to ensure a fast response to possible scenarios and we will keep you updated on any possible developments

Focus Nordic warehouse and shipments status
Our distributor Focus Nordic have one of the largest warehouses in Europa for professional equipment with 100+ million products in storage. They report having a good buffer on most of their products but that some delays are occurring and should be expected into Q2.
